From its outset, EVESA has evolved from the cultivation, extraction and marketing of natural extracts, aromatic plants and spices for food, feed and pet-food, fragrance and pharmaceutical industries.
EVESA produces a wide range paprika powder and blends, paprika oleoresins, natural antioxidants (ex-rosemary and hydroxytyrosol), herb & spice oleoresins, orange extracts, labdanum derivatives, (gums, resinoids, absolutes and concretes).
A 15 M€ turnover and a workforce of 60 – 70 people, make EVESA the biggest paprika oleoresin and paprika powder producer in the EU.

Thanks to this circumstance, EVESA has the chance to control all the potential hazards during cultivation and storage (pesticides, mycotoxins and any other potential contamination), assuring a safe and healthy raw material to process for its customers. On top of that, crops are grown in the most environmentally friendly and consumer-safe manner possible.
On the other hand, EVESA works hand in hand with other suppliers to vertically integrate production from field to the customer.
