Extractos Vegetales SA (EVESA) has implemented a HACCP programme for its spice powder and spice oleoresin products. This is the basis of their plan to secure the safety of these products and is complemented by adhering to GMP and the current 19th edition of the Codex Alimentarius as guide.
On top of that, EVESA has designed a traceability system that gives any information requested by the customers regarding their products, orders, raw materials, etc.
